CDR Files Not Processed

Issue:

CDR files are not getting processed by the TXT2OSP application. CDRs are being successfully processed by CDRConverter and being sent to the TXT2OSP application, but the NexOSS reports are not being updated. The “UsageInd message rejected” error message in OSPrey log files.

Troubleshoot:

Check OSPrey log file, $OSPrey_HOME/xitami/osp_ui/log/nexus.log.

Solution:

The solution is to connect to the OSPrey user-interface and navigate to the “Features” page and turn on the the “Call Detail Collection” feature.
