Find Logs from CLI

There are two sets of OSPrey log files.

  • OSPrey log files. They show the information about the core features of OSPrey, such as fraud detection, LCR, etc.
  • OSPrey module log files. They show the information about the features provided by OSPrey modules, such as STIR/SHAKEN, etc.

Login as user ospadmin

  • OSPrey log files are under $OSPrey_HOME/xitami/osp_ui/log folder with name nexus.log or nexus.log-YYYYMMD-HH:MM. The log files may be compressed with extension “gz”.
  • OSPrey module log files are under $OSPrey_HOME/logs folder with name stirosp.log and nexshaken.log, or stirosp.log.YYYY-MM-DD-HH and nexshaken.log.YYYY-MM-DD-HH. The log files may be compressed with extension “gz”.

You can download them by SFTP for investigation, or attach them with the support tickets that you open on https://tickets.transnexus.com.
