Triggers Do Not Activate

Issue:

Triggers do not activate.

Troubleshoot:

If triggers have been correctly configured and should be activated based on the Trigger Report, check the system clock of the server hosting SDReporter. If the system clock is more than two hours too fast or slow, triggers will not activate. Triggers are activated based on the most recent time period in the Trigger Report. If the most recent timer period in the Trigger Report is more than two hours different from the system clock, triggers will not activate.
